The RFMF Fall School will take place from November 17 to 20, 2025 in the intimate setting of the Espace Beaulieu, located in Bordeaux. Originally a Capuchin convent, this cloister has been transformed over the centuries into a seminary, then a monastery, and finally a Diocesan House. It is now a place for sharing art and a variety of cultural events.

Join us for an exciting experience. On the menu: talks by renowned experts in metabolomics, presentation of innovative work by junior students, stimulating exchanges and a guaranteed convivial atmosphere!

Nota bene:

• The event is open to RFMF members under 33. You can pay your RFMF membership fee when you register if it is not up to date for the year 2025.
• Some presentations by external speakers may be given entirely in French.

The registration fee is €350 (€365 if your RFMF 2025 membership fee is not up to date). This price includes: lectures, meals, and accommodation. Transportation is not included in the registration fee.

Junior participants wishing to attend the school will be automatically enrolled in the Flash Comm' session, during which they will have the opportunity to present their thesis topic / research topic in 3 minutes with visual support (1 slide).

In addition, participants can also apply for a 20-minute oral presentation slot (15 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions). Slides must be in English, but the presentation can be delivered in either French or English.

A confirmation email will be sent to you in the days following your registration. The final validation of your registration will only be considered upon receipt of payment.

The school will take place at Espace Beaulieu, 145 Rue de Saint-Genès, 33000 Bordeaux.
The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility (please specify any special needs when registering).

By public transport:
From Saint-Jean train station, we suggest a 20-minute journey, via 2 buses:

• Step 1: take bus line ‘G’ towards ‘Issac (Saint-Médard-en-Jalles)’ or bus line ‘20’ towards ‘Mérignac Cimétière intercommunal’.
• Step 2: get off at the ‘Bourse du Travail’ stop.
• Step 3: take the ‘86’ bus line towards ‘Bègles Terres Neuves’.
• Step 4: get off at the ‘Ségur’ stop.
• That's it, you've arrived!

By bike or motorbike :
Cycle parking with hoops and shelters located at the rear of the building.

By car:
70-space car park at the rear of the building.
As parking spaces are limited, please give priority to soft mobility.

Any school registration can be canceled and refunded until XX/XX/2025 included. After this date, cancellation will not result in any fee refund.
